Fitness tips!

As previously established, we’re going to talk about fitness, but to talk about something we must know what it’s about, right? Well, for those who don’t know what fitness is all about, let me tell you that it is the condition of being physically fit and healthy. What does it mean? It means that we should combine the exercise with our way of eating.

To mix these things, I’ll give you some tips:

*Workout for at least 45 minutes a day. If you’re just starting and you can’t be a lot of time because if don’t have resistance, then start with 15 minutes and every week add 10 minutes to your routine (that’s how I started).
*If you want to lose weight, add some cardio to your routine.
*Eat 6 small meals instead of three big ones.
*Drink LOTS of water daily.
*Don’t quit! Usually people who start exercise, quit, just because they don’t see fast results.
*DON’T compare your beginning with someone’s middle. Sometime we compare ourselves with people who have been working out for months, and that makes us feel depressed.
*If you don’t have a gym near you, look for workout videos online! For example, this site has a virtual gym for girls: (it’s in Spanish). I really love their videos, and I started with them too!
*Prepare your food at home, instead of buying it on the street. This way you can eat healthier.
*DON’T drink pills to lose weight, they have more consequences than benefits.

These are just some tips that may help you, obviously there are more. However, what’s more important of everything is to be positive.

    1. I have to say that I had never hear of this workouts before, so I made a little search. My opinion for this is that if you had never train, you should start with normal cardio, at least for a week or two. Then, you can start with it, and 15 minutes will be enough for beginners, since its that intensive.
